Delete your account and data.
You can permanently delete your NSP Soccer account and all associated personal data at any time. Here are the two ways to do it.
Delete from your device
- Open the NSP Soccer app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and personal data are removed immediately once you confirm.
Request deletion from us
Email support@nspsoccer.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We verify the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days, and confirm by email when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account details (name, email, position, date of birth).
- Your training data — session history, skill-test scores, logged meals, and uploads.
- Your XP, levels, badges, and leaderboard records.
- Analytics and device data tied to your account ID.
What we keep, and for how long
We retain only the minimal records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction and tax records, for the period required by law. These are not used for any other purpose.
A note on subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription billed through Apple or Google. Cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
