What you're agreeing to
By creating an NSP account or downloading the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't, please don't use the app.
Your subscription
Website subscriptions are processed by Stripe; subscriptions started in the mobile app are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The provider and price are shown before you confirm. A 7-day free trial requires a payment method and converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Manage a website subscription from your NSP account, or manage an in-app subscription in the applicable store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period.
Refunds
Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are subject to the applicable store's refund policy and must be requested through that store. For a website purchase processed by Stripe, contact NSP support. Refund eligibility may depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the charge.
What we provide
Sessions and programs built by pros, AI nutrition scanning, skill tests, mental performance sessions, recovery tracking, and a global leaderboard. We may add or remove features; we'll notify account holders about material changes.
What you provide
Accurate account info, lawful use of the service, and the rights to any content you upload (video, photos, meals). Don't upload other players' faces without their consent. Don't share account access.
Safety
Training involves physical risk. Consult a doctor before starting any new training program. NSP is not liable for injury sustained during sessions you choose to perform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time from our Delete Account page. On termination we delete your personal data, retaining only the minimal records required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved in New York County courts unless prohibited by your local jurisdiction.
Changes
We notify account holders before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Last updated: September 10, 2026.
