What you're agreeing to
By creating an NSP account or downloading the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't, please don't use the app.
Your subscription
Subscriptions are billed in advance through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown at checkout. A free 14-day trial requires a payment method on file and converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those stores' refund policies, and refund requests are handled through them. For any billing question, email us and we'll help.
What we provide
Sessions and programs built by pros, AI nutrition scanning, skill tests, mental performance sessions, recovery tracking, and a global leaderboard. We may add or remove features; we'll notify account holders about material changes.
What you provide
Accurate account info, lawful use of the service, and the rights to any content you upload (video, photos, meals). Don't upload other players' faces without their consent. Don't share account access.
Safety
Training involves physical risk. Consult a doctor before starting any new training program. NSP is not liable for injury sustained during sessions you choose to perform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time from our Delete Account page. On termination we delete your personal data, retaining only the minimal records required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved in New York County courts unless prohibited by your local jurisdiction.
Changes
We notify account holders before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Last updated: June 25, 2026.
