How we handle your data.
A plain-English summary of what NSP Soccer collects, how we use it, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, position, date of birth), training inputs you log (session completions, skill-test scores, meals you scan, video you upload), subscription and purchase records, device data (model, OS version, app version), and analytics events tied to your account ID.
How we use it
To run the app: score your skill tests, generate session plans, return AI nutrition macros, manage your subscription, and deliver the content you train with. To improve the product: aggregate, anonymized usage data informs which programs we build next.
What we never do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't train third-party models on your uploads or your meals.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to operate the app, including Stripe and the Apple App Store / Google Play for payments, RevenueCat for subscription management, Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, and an AI provider for nutrition scanning. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. A current list is available on request.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data promptly, retaining only the minimal records we are legally required to keep (such as transaction records for tax and accounting).
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Account in the app, or by emailing support@nspsoccer.com. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK users have full GDPR rights; California users have full CCPA rights. To permanently delete your account, see our Delete Account page.
Players under 18
If you're under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Teen accounts (13–17) carry stricter privacy defaults.
Changes to this policy
